Heart Counseling
and Psychotherapy Services

When life has put you in a negative spin and joy seems like an unattainable goal, psychotherapy can help you gain clarity and find direction. Therapy is much more than talking about your problems. It is a collaborative journey that starts with a safe and non-judgmental space where your emotions are validated and you are accepted for who you are. Engaging in the experience of therapy has the potential to empower you to break free from negative patterns and transform you into a healthier person. I can assure you that with my approach of strength-based, person-centered counselling, you will shift from merely coping with life and its challenges to feel rejuvenated and alive.
